DELIVERY AND PAYMENT TERMS

DELIVERY TERMS
Normally 3 to 4 weeks are required for processing of order from date of receipt of order or L/C for standard sizes . However for specific size orders extra time may be required but requests for earlier delivery will be done as per request.

PAYMENT TERMS
Normally payment is through irrevocable letter of Credit. However after satisfactory dealings in couple of shipments, the credit terms can be agreed upon between Customers and STONEWORTH.

GUARANTEE PROVIDED RISK FREE
All shipments made by us are guaranteed for agreed – Quality and Delivery time, in case of any deficiency in quality or service the material is replaced free of cost or the customer is suitably compensated. A BANK PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE is available .
